Right now, we are looking for Manager/Assistant Manager/Executive in our Business Development team, based in Mumbai. We want performance-oriented professional, with the creativity, energy and passion to build the business in India.

You need to be able to think and plan strategically and have excellent relationship skills. You must be a self-driven 'doer' and be able to function in a small, unstructured start-up environment.

Key Accountabilities
  • Consistently be proactive in developing business opportunities by prospecting new customers and also developing, managing and further mining existing relationships with key FMCG & OTC Healthcare clients.
  • Continue to educate new Customers as to the benefits of leveraging the Buchanan Group brands, and to promote these brands to must buy status.
  • Communicate and work well with all internal teams (local and global) to ensure the smooth running of campaigns and ensure that the needs of both customer and consumer are met.

Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 8,00,000 P.A. Not a constraint for right candidate

Desired Candidate Profile

You have a Varsity degree, preferably an MBA in media, business, marketing, communication and have had 1-5 years relative experience.

You are a rare breed indeed - a bit of an entrepreneur, a bit of a hybrid: You'll need to prove you've got what it takes to sell, have an excellent appreciation of media, branding, marketing, TV production, ad campaign development, broadcast and multi-channel advertising and passion to work for FMCG and OTC Healthcare brands.

You have ability to communicate persuasively (verbal and written), with fluid and enthusiastic presentation style and have capability to build excellent relationship skills with clients.

Education:

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
